PEB Site Engineer
A.Key responsibilities
a.Ensure regular monitoring & controlling project schedule
b.Ensure billing milestones as per target
c.Site resource planning (Manpower, tools & material) & control
d.Site expenditure control & reporting to Accounting team
e.Controlling contractor’s & supervisors to control their output
f.Act as 2nd level escalation for all Safety issues
g.Interact with Client & responding on client concern
h.Follow-up with suppliers for material delivery
i.Maintaining discipline & good working environment at site
j.Facilitating quality audits & related documentation.
k.Planning & approving work method
l.Conduct Morning meeting (for execution) & evening meeting (for review of current day & planning for next day)
m.Daily progress report & other regular communication to all stakeholders
n.Proactive identifying material shortage & other site issues & reporting to concerned official
o.Decision/follow-up on technical issues
B.Must have following
a.BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering
b.1-5 years of Experience in handling PEB erection site
c.Ability to read & interpret erection/sheeting drawings
d.Computer literacy including email, excel etc
e.Knowledge of standing seam sheeting installation will be added advantage
PEB Supervisor
A.Key responsibilities
a.Filling & sign on PEB Manufacturer (Interarch/Kirby)s ISO documents
b.Anchor bolt checking & Material verification reports
c.Progress: to achieve milestone as per targets
d.Controlling PEB building erection & Sheeting work (Hi rib & standing seam)
e.Control contractor & labour
f.Reporting to company HO
g.5′ S / housekeeping at site
h.Quality control as per client (Interarch/Kirby) checklist
i.Contribution in morning & evening meeting
j.Take care of company’s property & tools
k.Local purchase/copy printouts/Misc work
l.Diesel purchase & log book entry
m.Material gate entry & reporting to accounts on papers
B.Must have following
a.No formal education necessary. However graduation/Engineering diploma is preferred.
b.5-15 years of Experience in handling PEB erection sites
c.Ability to read & interpret erection/sheeting drawings
d.Computer literacy including email, excel etc (Not must but will get weightage)
e.Knowledge of standing seam sheeting installation will be added advantage
Safety officer
Construction Site based
A.Key responsibilities
a.Ensure zero accidents & identify near miss
b.Initiate morning meeting TBT part
c.Issue PPE to subcontractor & record generation, sharing with accounts
d.Daily attendance, TBT photo as early as possible
e.PPE & tool register maintain with periodic healthiness checking records
f.Housekeeping inside store/Container
g.Site records of PF/ESIC/Insurance/WC/labour licence & synch with HO/Consultant
h.Maintain strict safety monitoring/discipline & control over safety issue
i.Penalty & rewards to labour on safety performance
j.Safety checklist & documentation for hydra/cranes, TPI planning & records, Calibration records
k.Issue safety authorization for new team member
l.Follow Client work permit system & liaison with Client safety department
m.Recommending safety specification of material & right PPE
n.Conducting /organizing safety trainings
B.Must have following
a.A safety certification of repute (i.e. B tech, NIBOSH, diploma in fire & safety)
b.1-5 years of Experience in handling construction sites
c.Computer literacy including email, excel etc
